What it is
Re’s 100-hour jubilee
No need to bring a team. Sign up solo and come — the teams are drafted on the spot. How many teams there will be is settled once registration closes. Then the group stage, the playoffs and the final.

How the draft works
No need to bring a team. Sign up solo and the draft puts you on one. The pick order flips every round — so the captain who picks first doesn’t walk away with the strongest roster.
- 01
Everyone in one pool
Everyone who signs up goes on one list. Nobody knows their team in advance. Every captain sees each player’s role, Premier rating and FACEIT level.
- 02
Captains are named
The organizer takes the captains out of the pool. Every other player goes into the draft — the only way onto a team.
- 03
Round one: first to last
The captains take turns picking one player each. 60 seconds a pick; when time runs out, the system picks for you.
- 04
Next round: last to first
The order turns around. The captain who picked last opens the next round. This is where the snake turns — and how the first pick’s edge evens out.
- 05
Teams are set
Every team takes exactly one player a round. When the pool is empty, every roster is the same size and the match schedule is out straight away.
The teams and player counts shown are an example. The real numbers are set once registration closes.

Maps
The tournament is played on Valve’s 7 Active Duty maps — the same as FACEIT’s main pool. For every map we wrote up the key smokes, flashes and molotovs: where to stand, where to aim and how to throw.
